Cappamore Show 2025: A National Stage for Cattle Breeding Excellence
The cattle section for Cappamore Show 2025 is set to be one of the most exciting yet, with a massive 62 classes scheduled across seven different breeds. We’re very fortunate once again this year to be able to include five National All Ireland titles among those classes, which really helps draw in some of the top cattle from all over the country.
We’ve exhibitors travelling from the four corners of Ireland – from Donegal right down to West Cork. The reach and reputation of the show has grown steadily over the years, and Cappamore has now earned its place as one of the leading cattle shows in the country. It’s a reputation we’re very proud of, and one that we work hard to uphold every year.
One of the most encouraging parts of this section is the loyalty of our exhibitors. Every year, we welcome back competitors who’ve shown with us previously, but we also continue to see fresh faces year after year. That mix of experience and new energy is what gives Cappamore such a buzz on the day – and it’s great for the future of the industry too.

This year’s show takes place on Saturday 16th August, and if cattle is your thing, Cappamore is the place to be. Every single class is now listed and available online at www.cappamoreshow.ie, so whether you’re planning to enter or just want to come along and watch, all the details are there.
If you’ve any queries at all – about entries, requirements, timings or anything else – we’ve got a full contact list available. My own number is listed as well, so feel free to give me a ring.
We’re happy to help, and we want to make it as easy as possible for exhibitors and spectators alike to be part of what’s shaping up to be a fantastic day.
