These really are the breeches that tick all the boxes for many people, me included. Because these breeches contain spanx, they can mould and adjust to your body, even when you might be feeling bloated or having an “in between sizes” moment, as many of us do be it due to the time of the month, generally fluctuating weight and so on. But what I love about these breeches is that whilst they can stretch to fit you body – the return to their original shape and won’t sag or drag after.  

These breeches also don’t get pulled down by boots, or when riding – they stay firmly in place throughout even the most strenuous yard activity. I have found when wearing different brand denim breeches, that it used be a common problem, where I’d have to stop mid activity to pull them up from the knee when they would drag down from my waist but this isn’t a problem for these ones.

Let’s talk about the amazing pocket – big enough to fit even the largest screened phone, the secure button fastening at the top will ensure your phone won’t fall out. It’s astounding how one button can make such a difference when riding – I’m sure I’m not the only one has worried about a phone falling out!

These breeches are also super flattering to even the curviest of figures.  The general cut of the breeches enhances your bottom whilst slimming the legs.  I’ve actually worn these breeches out with a pair of high heeled boots as not only are they insanely comfortable – they are capable of being styled to be worn as a casual denim as well.

Price point – these retail at £85 STG and they are privy to a customs charge if ordering in Ireland, but this works out at approximately €30 – so combined, they still come in at a very competitive price compared to similar high end denim breeches, but I feel that these breeches eclipse the majority of denim breeches on the market right now.

I’ve reviewed and loved many denim breeches over the last number of years and it is very apparent that the companies manufacturing these are listening to what the customer wants- producing functional, flattering comfortable items. Fetlox UK have certainly upped the anti in denim breeches.
